EASY TO USE:
Firstly, unscrew and separate the outer ring and inner ring of the needlepoint hoop. Secondly, put a blank embroidery cloth on the inner ring. Thirdly, put the outer ring on that cloth and apply a proper pressure on the outer ring to make the cloth and two rings stuck together. Finally, make sure the cloth in the circle is flat and lock the hoop by tightening the screw on the outer ring.
